With no fraud experts on the team, Cuts did their best to manually review risky orders. But despite their best efforts, Cuts continued to fight a growing number of chargebacks. Chargebacks grew so out of hand that Cuts declined almost all of their international orders, despite the company’s cross-border expansion goals.
