Being part of the Black and Latinx ERG has helped me understand that it is very important to be proud of who we are and where we come from. I have also learned about other cultures and customs that take place around the world. Sharing with my colleagues from other countries how to play a traditional latin card game that brings the whole latin family together such as “La Loteria” has been the best experience so far. I would definitely like to invite my colleagues to join the Black and Latinx ERG and come an learn a little bit of our history and culture.
